Job Tracker is designed to support businesses that have engineers who operate from a centralised base or who work in the field and need to be managed remotely. You can send job notifications by email, SMS or telephone.

CRM

The Job Tracker is the perfect CRM package to complement your contacts database. The Google-style search box makes finding jobs fast and simple. Just type in a customer's name or postcode to retrieve all jobs matching the criteria. This is very convenient when you are answering a telephone enquiry. Have a more complex request? All customers who have contacted us since last July? Simply click on the advanced find option to open a more advanced, but equally easy to use, search screen.

There are a wide range of reports that you can print including a job sheet for the engineer and job summary reports by customer or engineer. You can even print a job description directly to your T-Cards allowing the job tracker to work with your existing system. The DT Job Tracker can also integrate with Sage and other industry standard accounting applications to allow you to easily generate invoices using your current account software. There is no need to change your current processes.
