Job Tracker Features

DT Job Tracker is a job tracking system specially designed for small to medium sized businesses. It has many features that make creating, tracking and monitoring jobs an easy and fast process.

Job Dashboard Job Dashboard Screenshot Thumbnail DT Job Tracker features a simple to use dashboard intended to allow telephone operators to capture the important details of a job in a fast but systematic manner.

Customers and Sites Customer Screenshot Thumbnail DT Job Tracker understands the complex relationships between who pays for the work and where the work is located. Instead of having to make a note of where the job is located or where the invoice is to be sent, DT Job Tracker stores information about the customer, the site of the job, the invoice details and even the plot or unit details. The system can also be used to track job providers such as insurance companies or rental agencies separately from the job details.

Allocating Engineers Allocation Screenshot Thumbnail A sophisticated job allocation feature makes allocating jobs to the most appropriate engineer or technician an easy process. Important rules about job location and skill sets required can be included in the allocation process. This helps companies meet Health and Safety requirements and Industry Regulations by demonstrating that only appropriately qualified engineers were assigned to the job.

Notifications For companies that maintain large numbers of field operatives, DT Job Tracker's job notification system can be used to notify engineers of new jobs via fax, email or text messaging (SMS). DT Job Tracker can even print T-Cards using our specially designed T-Card output module and stationary.

Tracking Status Summary Screenshot Thumbnail Each job can be allocated to more than one engineer according to the type of work or skills available. Each engineer's progress on the job can be tracked according to a comprehensive set of status codes, for example, allocated, notified, acknowledged, re-visited, etc. A status board summarises the status of all jobs and allows fast access to jobs. Retrieving all unallocated or incomplete jobs can be displayed by one click of the mouse button

History History Screenshot Thumbnail A full history of each job is automatically recorded and can be reviewed at any time. Comments and notes can be added to the history to record special issues. A "Must Read" flag can be displayed to notify the operator that a special note exists for the job.

Reports A range of status reports and worksheets can be printed summarising the state of each job.

Export MS Excel For special data requirements, job details can be selected and exported to a Microsoft Excel file for manipulation and processing by other programs.

Networked Options DT Job Tracker is available as a single user system and as a full client-server, multi-user system. The multi-user version of DT Job Tracker supports a fully customisable security system to ensure that job details are secure and safe.
